Architect/Engineer for Sustainable and Climate-Friendly Public Building

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Architect/Engineer for Sustainable and Climate-Friendly Public Building. As a key member of our interdisciplinary consulting team, you will work closely with municipal building owners and federal authorities on projects aimed at transforming the existing building stock into a sustainable and climate-friendly one.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative project concepts for municipal building projects with a focus on sustainability, climate protection, and energy efficiency.
- Contribute to the content-oriented development and expansion of our consulting services for municipal building owners, including work aids and tools in the context of climate-friendly and sustainable building.
- Prepare and accompany feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses in the context of sustainable building.
- Strategically and conceptually develop evaluation and certification systems.
- Organize and moderate stakeholder processes.
- Prepare and participate in project meetings with customers and other project participants.
- Prepare and accompany public decision-making processes.
- Develop presentations, calculations, project plans, reports, tender documents, and protocols.
- Support the preparation of offers and consulting concepts.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A successful completion of a university degree in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of climate-friendly and sustainable building, ideally with a training as an energy advisor/energy efficiency expert.
- Knowledge of at least one certification system in sustainable building.
- Experience in the preparatory, coordinating, and expert guidance of planning and construction processes, as well as in accompanying public decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of procurement law and experience in accompanying public procurement procedures are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working.
- A customer- and service-oriented approach, hands-on mentality.
- A self-reliant and team-oriented working style, high level of commitment, and joy in interdisciplinary work.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
