Job Description

As a Visual Commercial team member at Zara, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and product presentations that showcase our latest fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fashion trends, designer collaborations, and must-have items.
  • Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually appealing store displays and product presentations that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product placement and display.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the visual merchandising team to develop and implement visual strategies that align with company goals.
  • Training and Development: Participate in regular trend workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and visual merchandising techniques.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in fashion, retail, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, visual merchandising principles, and product presentation techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
