We are looking for a talented Business Developer to join our EU Commercial Team at Amazon Freight. This role is responsible for recruiting European Shippers to our service, owning and growing Shipper engagements, and ensuring a great Shipper experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit new potential customers and grow existing relationships.
  • Identify new segments and unlock new customer bases with best-in-class service.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with our customers and proactively identify their challenges.
  • Buid strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations.
  • Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points.
About the Team

Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We offer a technology-driven solution for logistics needs of small and large businesses, scaling rapidly as an offering.

### Basic Qualifications
  • A degree.
  • Relevant experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Fluent in English.
### Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
  • Relevant experience in Freight industry.
  • Either Italian or Spanish both written and oral.
