Are you a skilled professional looking to take your career to new heights? Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Configuration Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our configuration management efforts for the Widebody (A330 & A350) program. As a Program Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating decision elements, ensuring embodiment of changes, and driving industrial feasibility and planning.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Product Change Leader/Configuration Management Operational Manager and/or Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
  • Ensure embodiment of changes and drive industrial feasibility and planning
  • Lead independent organization and chairmanship of meetings
  • Ensure that Engineering Mod closure is running according to the Program schedule
  • Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until Mod closure
  • Perform gap analysis (Delta1)
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Technical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeroplane Construction or a similar qualification
  • Work experience in Configuration Management, Aeroplane Construction, Aviation and Aerospace, Quality Management, Manufacturing / Production
  • Good knowledge of Change Management, Project Management, Risk Management
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
