Technical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our innovation efforts in the development of cutting-edge semiconductor products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product and technology roadmaps to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product and technology strategies to meet sales and margin targets
- Collaborate with product managers to create and implement product and technology roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with roadmaps and fosters a culture of innovation
- Identify and allocate resources and investments for research and development
- Adapt technical roadmaps based on market demand, market intelligence, and customer interactions
- Ensure design-for-manufacturing approaches with product and process teams
- Collaborate with chip and device teams
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field, with several years of experience in a similar technical management role, preferably in a global, multicultural organization
- Excellent knowledge of applications in power conversion (power modules, drivers, systems) and a deep understanding of industry requirements and implementation in modular solutions that meet market needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, build positive relationships, and achieve results
- Results-driven team player with a strong focus on customers and innovation
- Global travel required
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
