Digital Transformation Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining project goals, establishing project scope, and creating a detailed roadmap to guide the team. You will utilize Agile Project Management methodologies to ensure adaptability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project objectives, establish project scope, and create a detailed roadmap to guide the team.
  • Team Organization: Assign roles and responsibilities, set up the project structure, and ensure clarity in team operations.
  • Execution and Oversight: Oversee the execution of the plan, ensuring robust technical implementation throughout the process.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track progress, handle risks and issues, and report to the project owner, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Closing: Complete all project activities, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all deliverables meet the set requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical projects within Agile frameworks.
  • Technical Affinity: Strong understanding of the digital landscape and the challenges faced by large corporations during digital transformation.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently within international, dynamic environments.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
