Cloud-Native Platform Architect

As a 100% subsidiary of PSI Software SE, we specialize in developing and introducing software systems for the manufacturing industry and especially automotive supplier markets.

We're looking for a seasoned developer with expertise in cloud-native and container technologies to take ownership of a mission-critical part of our stack.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the development of our internal on-prem container platform, overseeing that cloud-based infrastructure tooling meets actual business needs, and actively participating in the platform team.

In this role, communication is key as the platform is used by other products and teams. Coordinating efforts with those teams and ensuring everyone is informed is essential.

Job Requirements

  • A good understanding of modern container technologies (especially Kubernetes)
  • Solid programming experience in Go and Python
  • Proven experience in designing/architecting solutions according to business requirements
  • Experience in a senior engineer role
  • Experience with configuration management solutions and IaC Tools (preferably Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu)
  • Experience with public clouds (preferably GCP or AWS)
