Job Description

At ITL Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS WMS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Design and Harmonization: Design, implement, and harmonize business processes across multiple business units and geographies, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications for Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes on Oracle EBS.
  • Functional Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead cross-functional teams in executing functional testing, QA, SIT, and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Performance Testing and Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to execute performance tests, analyze results, and resolve performance issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Work with Business Intelligence teams to develop reporting solutions and document process designs, solution designs, functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, and process SOPs.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in IT: Minimum 10+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation processes, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS R12, particularly in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and MSCA modules.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in English language.
  • Oracle Certification: Mandatory Oracle certification, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS capabilities and Europe Localizations.
  • Leadership and Delivery Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing client escalations, and driving requirements workshops, CRPs, and Key Design Discussion sessions.
