About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our process management products. As a key member of our Product & Engineering team, you will be responsible for creating world-class user experiences that empower our customers to unlock productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of process management products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and translate them into effective process management solutions.
  • Design and prototype components and interactions, working closely with engineers to bring them to life.
  • Own the user experience of key user journeys for process management, working with UX researchers to understand the needs of executives and employees.
  • Collaborate effectively with different Product Managers and switch seamlessly between domains.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer within a software team.
  • Domain experience in B2B or enterprise software products, especially for users like executives and employees alike.
  • Strong understanding of process visualization, interaction design, usability engineering, and testing principles.
  • Hands-on experience creating complex and interactive data visualizations.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German communication skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity in working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
  • Deep empathy for users and a user-centered design approach, with a keen eye for improving product usability.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and problem-solving skills.
