Solar Performance Engineer, Global Central Reliability Team

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Performance Engineer to join our Global Central Reliability Team at Amazon Europe Core. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the supervision of solar systems located in the EU and supporting the entire network managed by EU Solar RME, which may include non-EU locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and optimize the performance of solar systems in the EU and other locations
- Provide analytical feedback on optimizing solar and battery performance of assets
- Work closely with technology owners, the central reliability team, regional solar asset managers, operational sites, maintenance vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure safety, optimum performance, efficiency, cost management, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability within Amazon
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems related to solar and battery assets
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
