We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our brake systems.

About the Role

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Validating functions in the area of brakes and endurance brakes
  • Developing test concepts and planning testing
  • Creating test specifications and test cases in collaboration with your specialist department and the development team
  • Developing test automation and carrying out tests on HiL test benches and vehicles
  • Supervising test topics and improving test processes

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field
  • Extensive experience in software testing or development for electronic control units
  • Experience in testing networked electronic systems, especially in the area of brake functions
  • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop test benches and test automation
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
  • Proficiency in Vector tool chain and dSPACE ControlDesk
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
