Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Associate (m/w/d) - Career Starter to join our team at our location in Hagen. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling bedding and mattresses to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell bedding and mattresses to customers, including providing product recommendations and demonstrations
- Operate the electronic cash register system
- Contribute to maintaining the appearance of our store
- Receive, inspect, and restock merchandise
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German (C1 level required)
