SAP Change Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Manager at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our organization, leveraging your expertise in SAP and knowledge management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Transformation Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead SAP Change Management: Oversee the implementation of SAP-related changes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Knowledge Engineering: Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve data quality and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, SAP implementation, or knowledge management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, experience with SAP and knowledge management tools.
