As a Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for driving, defining, and maintaining the consistency of all product requirements. Your tasks will include driving overall requirements management activities, defining the Requirements Management Plan, and aligning how attributes will be handled along with Functional Outcomes, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Testing requirements. You will also work as an interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges, create documents collections, manage and track changes respective to documents version, and allocate Stakeholder requirements for analysis to the system team and product supporting function. Additionally, you will contribute to and maintain Document Tracking Lists, Requirements Management Plans, Stakeholder Requirements Specifications, and Requirements Traceability KPIs on all levels of engineering. Your profile should include experience in system engineering, understanding of system requirements writing methodologies, good knowledge of requirements management tools, and skilled at scripting. You should also be able to escalate issues regarding requirements engineering according to escalation matrix/level and request all necessary inputs to carry on with project plans and schedules. **Your Tasks:**

* Responsible for driving, defining, and maintaining the consistency of all product requirements
* Drives overall requirements management activities
* Defines the Requirements Management Plan and aligns how attributes will be handled along with Functional Outcomes, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Testing requirements
* Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges
* Creates documents collections
* Manages and tracks changes respective to documents version
* Allocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis to the system team and product supporting function
* Contributes to and maintains Document Tracking Lists, Requirements Management Plans, Stakeholder Requirements Specifications, and Requirements Traceability KPIs on all levels of engineering

**Your Profile:**

* Experience in system engineering
* Understanding of system requirements writing methodologies
* Good knowledge of requirements management tools
* Skilled at scripting
* Able to escalate issues regarding requirements engineering according to escalation matrix/level
* Able to request all necessary inputs to carry on with project plans and schedules
