Marketing Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at 1NCE. As a key player in the industry, we are on a mission to disrupt the telecommunications/IoT landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing integrated campaigns to create brand awareness and generate inquiries for 1NCE solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including campaign logistics, channel strategy, project management, and measurement.
- Provide thought leadership on campaign targeting and audience segmentation via data-driven analysis.
- Project manage asset builds, including landing pages, microsites, banners, webinars, emails, whitepapers, reports, social media, sales enablement kits, etc. in partnership with the design and content team.
- Report on campaign performance, inform budget and resource prioritization, and test new marketing approaches to increase return on investment.
- Ensure that campaigns are effortlessly executed, monitored, and tracked through existing sales and marketing platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in aggregating, controlling, and analyzing data for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Adaptability and innovative mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and prioritize work.
- BA or equivalent degree, preferably in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Customer-obsessed, proactive, and able to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed work.
- Structured and critical thinking, with the ability to think critically about creative concepts and unpack and explain big ideas.
- Effective partnership skills, with experience in working with Product Management, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver on annual strategies and business goals.
