Machining Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machining Specialist to support our Group Technology function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new products on time and with the right quality. Your main responsibilities will include developing machining processes, collaborating with site colleagues, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop machining processes to produce customer components.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and optimize design for lower production costs.
  • Develop and verify machining tools and CNC programs using 3D simulation.
  • Implement items in cooperation with site colleagues.
  • Optimize production processes by introducing new methods and tools or optimizing CNC programs.

Requirements

  • Industry Technician or similar engineering background.
  • Extensive theoretical and practical CNC skills and experience.
  • Experience with Advanced Siemens G-code programming, EdgeCam, Solid Works, and Vericut SW.
