Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HAUGG.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, including incoming goods inspection, complaint management, and participation in the analysis and optimization of production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain test equipment and management systems
- Support the purchasing department in selecting and qualifying suppliers
Requirements
- Technical training and several years of experience in quality assurance
- Proficiency in MS-Office and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
