Postdoctoral Researcher in Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics

The Department of Neurology at the University Hospital of Münster is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our interdisciplinary team. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will be responsible for developing and applying single-cell/nuclei and spatial transcriptomics technologies to study nervous system-associated border neuroimmunology.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and apply single-cell/nuclei and spatial transcriptomics techniques
- Organize the processing and sequencing of samples from multiple sources
- Doctoral degree in biology or a related scientific discipline
- Organized working style and willingness to work independently, but also a team player
- Experience in single-cell/nuclei or spatial transcriptomics is highly preferable
- Experience in wet-lab immunological techniques (e.g., flow cytometry) is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory
- German speaking skills are not required
