About the Role

The Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) is a joint venture between Generali and Accenture, aiming to optimize digital services and create synergies. As a DORA Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting regulatory tasks and ensuring compliance with German regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and integrate regulatory requirements for GOSP LCTO DE and customers, including Generali Deutschland, GD-IT, Cosmos, and Badenia.
  • Develop new compliance goals at the GOSP-LCTO DE level for the German group company Generali Deutschland, GD-IT, Cosmos & Badenia.
  • Identify, evaluate, and minimize audit findings in close cooperation with operational units.
  • Advise and train technical departments on regulatory issues and promote a culture of audit and compliance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or similar education.
  • Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Operational Management and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISAE, FARG, ISO27001, DORA, VAIT, and other regulatory ICS.
  • Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work, and a strong customer focus.
  • High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Team spirit and willingness to travel on business.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English (at least C1).
