Contract and Sales Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Contract and Sales Coordinator to join our Deal Desk team at Emarsys.
About the Role
- As a Contract and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and management of contracts and Salesforce contract objects across both new and existing business.
- Key responsibilities will include creating product and service orders, contract addendums, and renewals, and communicating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- You will also be responsible for optimizing Deal Desk case queue across Sharepoint and Workstreams to ensure proper documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Additionally, you will execute Close/Won process in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely order-to-cash process.
- You will route customer asks to appropriate teams to address client inquiries and requirements effectively.
- Moreover, you will strategise with existing business teams to discuss client usage, options, issues, renewals, and upsells.
- You will also execute internal projects as necessary to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-departmental teams to provide updates and process training to the GTM sales teams.
- Finally, you will review over/under utilisation reports for up-sale opportunities and clients that require immediate follow-up.
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in either operations, deal desk, sales, coordination, analyst, order management, and/or project management.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, & PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Native (or strong fluency) in German AND English - both written and spoken.
