Global Brand Manager for Premium Spirits

As a Global (Senior) Brand Manager for Monkey 47 Gin, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key marketing strategies to drive brand growth and equity. Your role will involve leading the development of creative marketing programs, managing the brand's presence in global markets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing global brand strategies to drive business growth and equity
  • Managing the development and implementation of marketing programs across key markets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Providing annual brand planning and integrated business planning support
  • Leading the delivery of distinctive brand communications for markets, including core asset development, strategic partnerships, and associated toolkits

Requirements include:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Several years of global brand management experience, ideally with relevant brand building experience in drinks, luxury, or lifestyle
  • Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • High level of motivation and team player mentality, with a strong sense of ethics
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English and German
