Identiv is seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer for IoT Solutions to join our team in Sauerlach, Germany.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced software developer with a strong background in C++, .NET, and Python. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing firmware and software for our IoT solutions, including NFC/RFID transponders, test systems, and demo programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop firmware and software for IoT solutions using C++, .NET, and Python
  • Maintain and further develop existing offline test code based on Python
  • Manage software sub-projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Collaborate with international teams to drive projects to success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software/firmware development (newcomers also welcome)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or electrical and information engineering or comparable degree
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with and provide technical guidance to international teams
  • Solid programming skills in C++ and a .NET language (VB.NET / C#)
  • Ideally good programming skills in Python
  • Ideally programming knowledge in Swift and/or Java
