Strategic Business Leader

Key ResponsibilitiesAs Co-Founder / Managing Director, you will oversee the development of an early-stage direct-to-consumer brand.
You will:
- Develop and execute a business strategy aligned with our successful playbook
- Manage budgets and have full P&L accountability
- Build a cross-functional team
- Oversee product development
- Drive social media and influencer strategies
- Collaborate closely with C-Level executives and investors
- Minimum 5 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups
- Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a relevant field from a top university
- Proven leadership skills
- Hands-on and results-driven approach
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Fluency in English and German
- Availability to start within the next 3 months
- Work in a dynamic and ambitious team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes
- Significant autonomy to shape the company
- Steep learning curve and entrepreneurial insights
