We're seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Core Mining Engine team. As a key member of our platform, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our proprietary in-memory analytical database.

The Role:

As a Software Developer, you'll design and implement robust processes, tools, and services to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our microservices-based database. You'll also enable engineers from the Core Mining Engine teams to work more productively by leveraging automation and effective tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable database solutions
  • Develop and maintain automation tools for efficient development and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement
  • Gather insights and sentiments from engineers to elevate their developer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A can-do attitude and a proven track record in owning and driving projects forward
  • In-depth knowledge of container and orchestration infrastructure, including Kubernetes
  • Experience with GitOps-based infrastructure automation and cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS or Azure
  • Proficiency in scripting and modern object-oriented languages
  • Familiarity with C++ and Java build processes
