Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated student to join our team as a Concept Writer. In this role, you will develop compelling and innovative project concepts that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop new project ideas aligned with Growunited e.V.'s mission.
  • Write detailed project proposals, including objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine project concepts.
  • Prepare content for grant applications, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure all written materials are clear, engaging, and persuasive.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university or college, preferably in English, Communications, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about community development and Growunited e.V.'s mission.
  • Prior experience in concept writing or project proposal writing is a plus.
