• Enhancing efficiency in logistical operations

• Updating and maintaining essential data - Acting as a bridge between administrative and operational teams
• Calculating shipping expenses and negotiating rates
• Assisting dispatch personnel
• General scheduling and planning tasks
• Processing orders
• Compiling reports and statistics
• Overseeing operational activities

• Completed vocational training with a specialization in logistics or equivalent experience
• Proficient in computer usage and familiar with MS Office applications
• Active involvement in process enhancement and digital transformation

• Good command of the English language
