About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Beverages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage products and services
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the beverage department
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
