Job Title: Senior Order to Cash Operations Manager - Europe

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Order to Cash Operations Manager to lead our pan-European Invoicing Processing Team in Poland. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for establishing lean and sustainable end-to-end order to cash processes across Europe, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, and standardizing processes within Genomics Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishment of process mapping and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in order to cash processing
  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for invoicing processing and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties
  • Design and implement KPI monitoring and reporting to measure order to cash performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Become a center of expertise for order to cash processes and related topics, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Controlling, IT, Sales Directors, and Account Managers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics and have at least 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, project management, or end-to-end business processes
  • You have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing process improvements, resulting in measurable gains in efficiency and productivity
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power BI, and CRM is an asset
