About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Team Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our Projectsteuerung Versorgungsnetze team at SWO Netz GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the project activities for the expansion of our utility networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities for the expansion of our utility networks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
  • Organize and lead meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and evaluation of technical data for our network operations.
  • Take on project responsibility for complex, cross-functional construction projects in our utility sectors, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to occupational safety standards, including DGUV, UVV, and TRBS.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and conduct economic evaluations.
  • Oversee and coordinate trenching work across our entire network, considering relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in on-call duty (including responsibility for facilities and operations) as required.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Specialized knowledge of trenching procedures in utility networks is an asset.
  • Hold a valid ZTV-RSA, MVAS certification.
  • Proficient in computer software, including GIS, Lovion PBS, SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Reliable and resilient individual.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong social skills.
