Hamburg-Based Medical Research Associate

Gilead Sciences GmbH seeks a Medical Scientist (MSL) with expertise in Liver Diseases for our North-East region. This exciting opportunity will be based in Hamburg, Berlin, or Dresden.
As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for all medical aspects of LVD to ensure future growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an individual plan of action for the region to drive business objectives.
- Proactive and reactive medical-scientific communication and education to physicians and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct scientific and clinical research to inform medical strategies and contribute to the development of educational materials.
- Collaborate with regional and national experts on various projects and activities.
- Assist with Gilead clinical and real-world evidence studies, including collaboration with investigators and personnel.
- Present scientific and clinical data internally and externally to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc)
- Previous experience as a Medical Scientist/Medical Science Liaison is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and prioritization
- Scientific and/or clinical knowledge in LVD/Infectious Diseases/Virology/immunology is beneficial
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Gilead personnel in Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Global Safety, and Medical Information.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
