Sales Associate with Cash Handling

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including displaying products and creating attractive store displays
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
