Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Elektro Beckhoff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality results.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical technicians and engineers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
