Electrification Engineer

We are seeking an Electrification Engineer to join our team in Southern Germany, responsible for acquiring service projects in the field of power transmission and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Aquire new customers and maintain contact with existing ones
• Advise and support customers in all service matters and determine potential for additional service business
• Create solution concepts for converting and modernizing existing switchgear and components
• Monitor market and competitive situation continuously
• Support and advise colleagues in project planning and execution

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power engineering or equivalent experience
• Several years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related position, ideally in the area of service
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• High customer and market orientation, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
