Job Title: Test Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Project Manager to join our team at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING GmbH. As a key member of our Engineering Services department, you will be responsible for managing test projects for neuroscientific implants and overseeing the testing network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan and execute system tests, ensure proper reporting and documentation, and manage test environments and tools.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of test engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all test projects meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in test development and execution in regulated environments.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Requirement Management Tools.
  • Industry Experience: Background in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Skills: Systematic and goal-oriented approach, proficient in German and English.
