The Senior Manufacturing Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products. This position is part of the Quality Control department located in Munich, Baierbrunn, and will be on-site.
As a Senior Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting products according to specifications and quality standards. You will also develop and maintain inspection reports, manage non-conformities, and coordinate with other teams on sorting and inspection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Inspect products according to specifications and quality standards
- Non-Conformance Management – initiate in SmartSolve Non-conformities, follow-up with the team on the process phases (Containment, Disposition, Investigation, Analysis)
- Be part of the Andon Team, providing support for investigation of non-conformities
- Product inspection and results documentation
- Device History Records verification and approval
- Coordinate with other teams sorting and inspection activities
- Oracle database material processing
- Calibration management – monitors and follow-up on calibration activities (coordination with external laboratories)
Requirements:
- Technical education
- Proven professional experience in the field of quality control and quality assurance (preferred in medical technology, alternative automotive industry or mechanical engineering)
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills
