The Embassy of Switzerland in Germany is a dynamic and international organization seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to support our team in various tasks, including research, event planning, and communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for international relations.
Key Responsibilities- Support in researching and processing selected questions from various subject areas
- Participation in events and briefings at the embassy and external institutions
- Editing reports and notes
- Support with delegation visits and events
- In the politics department: independent creation of the daily press review and participation in social media communication
- At the Economics Department: Independent support of current economic policy issues
- Completed master's or bachelor's degree at a university or technical college
- Very good academic performance
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of an official language as well as good knowledge of a second official language
- Interest in a wide range of topics and openness in dealing with a variety of actors
- Commitment, flexibility, and initiative
- Interest in the professional field of diplomacy
