Live Ops Associate Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Producer to join our publishing team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will work closely with LiveOps, Art, and Product departments to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. You will also support feature development and maintain effective communication and organization within the team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily activities on the publishing side, including creating and maintaining schedules, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Ensure ongoing community support and technical support.
- Build roadmap together with the product owner and ensure deadlines and high-quality standards for live events and sales.
- Supervise product/project localization process and own art production deadlines.
- Coordinate with remote teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive aspects of the live experience to build and retain audiences.
- Define new in-game content and implement features in real-time after the online release of the product to increase audience engagement and product revenue.
- Share product/project goals and requirements for all publishing functions.
- Identify, raise, and resolve production roadblocks and timeline issues ahead of time.
- 3-4 years of experience managing projects in the mobile gaming industry.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external teams on design and implementation of features.
