Hammer Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing using DATEV LODAS software.
  • Draft employment contracts and other essential HR documents, including work certificates.
  • Maintain accurate time records and oversee absence management processes.
  • Handle salary garnishments efficiently and effectively.
  • Calculate company car and travel expenses for employees.
  • Oversee reporting and certification procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
  • Contribute to company health management and integration programs.

Your Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of tax, social insurance, and labor law regulations.
  • Prior experience in an HR role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Education:

  • Completed commercial training or studies, ideally supplemented by further education in HR.
