Martin Horn Consulting is committed to the development of personnel with a distinct focus. We assist our clients in enhancing their executives and employees, as well as supporting and nurturing individuals and organizations facing various challenges.

We are currently seeking two Administrative Coordinators (m/f/d) for our team, available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal and accountable role within our organization, leveraging your exceptional organizational abilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of administrative and operational functions, including comprehensive office management, event preparation and follow-up, as well as liaising with our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize seminars, workshops, and events
  • Collect and analyze feedback from events, contributing to enhancements and the implementation of new ideas
  • Manage back-office operations such as overseeing the telephone system, procuring office supplies, handling mail, filing, and correspondence
  • Facilitate timely and appropriate travel arrangements, managing all related processes
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role and relevant educational background are beneficial
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
  • Methodical, meticulous, and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to independently analyze tasks and adopt a solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational capabilities and adaptability for daily operations
  • Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken, along with basic English proficiency
