Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced semiconductor packaging technologies for power applications. Your expertise in power electronics and semiconductor industry will be crucial in defining the long-term roadmap and business plan of our packaging technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Power Packaging team in research and development of advanced packaging technologies
  • Develop and implement business plans and roadmaps for packaging technology
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and potential partners
  • Optimize R&D processes for power semiconductor packaging
Requirements:
  • Master or PhD in Engineering, Power Electronics or related fields
  • Over 10 years of experience in leading semiconductor companies, mainly in backend assembly and electronic package development
  • More than 5 years of experience in disciplinary management or team leading
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and minimum one additional language
  • Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
