Bakery Product Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate in our Bakery Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including bakery products, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the bakery department, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a bakery or food-related setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
