About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven Project Manager to join our Robotics team in Munich, playing a key role in the development of innovative robotic solutions for autonomous food production.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects within our R&D teams, ensuring alignment with the overall company roadmap.

Your primary goal will be to create and manage project timelines, set priorities, and track progress, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

You will also be responsible for facilitating communication between departments, documentation and reporting, tooling setup and training, and motivation and leadership.

A strong understanding of product development processes and excellent project management skills are essential in this role.

In addition, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software is also required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Base Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, Robotics, Electrical...) or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment preferably in automation robotics.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline development, progress tracking, and priority setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
