Influencer Marketing Manager for French Market

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand Les Lunes' presence in the French and Polish markets.
Key responsibilities include establishing our brand, leading a team of talented individuals, and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow Les Lunes in the French and Polish markets.
- Establish our brand and lead a team of talented individuals to success.
- Manage international websites, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Plan and implement long-term international influencer marketing strategies that increase Les Lunes' brand awareness and reach across Europe.
- Ensure strategies comply with local laws and regulations in target countries.
- Identify opportunities for market entry and design go-to-market strategies for new regions.
- Lead and mentor a team of international marketing professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing, with a preference for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
- In-depth understanding of international marketing, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
- Able to think outside the box in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
