Export Compliance Manager (d/m/w) mit Schwerpunkt U.S. Exportkontrolle

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Die Sicherstellung eines durchgängigen Exportkontrollprozesses und die Vermeidung von Exportmängeln, die zu Verzögerungen, zusätzlichen Kosten, Sanktionen oder Geldbußen führen
  • Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um das Thema U.S. Exportkontrolle und Koordination aller Vorgänge innerhalb der Division
  • Außenwirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorgängen und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen im Bereich des nationalen, europäischen und U.S.-Exportkontrollrechts
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Beratung zur Einhaltung der U.S. Exportkontrollvorschriften und Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Regierungsbehörden
  • Unterstützung bei der Beantragung von U.S. Export Lizenzen und der Pflege entsprechender Dokumentationen

Erforderliche Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches, technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle und regelmäßige Teilnahme an einschlägigen Seminaren und Weiterbildungen
  • Kenntnisse von MS Office Anwendungen, Google Workspace und SAP
  • Englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf Verhandlungsebene
