About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland S14 Transport GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Fulfillment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality of our logistics operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
About the Team

Our Customer Fulfillment team is the backbone of Amazon's business, responsible for fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
