Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Großprojekten in der Immobilien- und Infrastrukturbranche unterstützt. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams werden Sie maßgeschneiderte Lösungen entwickeln und unsere Kunden bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele begleiten.

Aufgaben
  • Die Leitung von Aufträgen/Projekten im Bereich Projekt- und Kostenmanagement verschiedener Asset Klassen
  • Die Entwicklung und Lieferung von maßgeschneiderten Project-Management Lösungen für Investoren und Banken
  • Die Koordination von Projektteams und die Verteilung von Aufgaben
  • Die Erstellung von Angeboten einschließlich Honorar- und Aufwandskalkulationen
  • Die enge, kreative und flexible Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Investorenkunden mit Hauptfokus auf ihre Ziele
  • Ein aktiver Beitrag zur Entwicklung von TA Europe als führendes Beratungsunternehmen
Erfahrungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium zum Projektmanager, Cost Manager, Ingenieur, Architekten, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare technische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement in Real Estate und im Beratungsgeschäft als Projektmanager oder Projektsteuerer in Großprojekten
  • Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, von komplexen technischen Zusammenhängen zu abstrahieren und diese unseren nicht-technischen Kunden inklusive Lösung zu vermitteln
  • Kommunikative und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team mit Büros im In- und Ausland
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
