Compliance Expert

We are seeking a qualified Compliance Expert to join our team at GULP – experts united in Coburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned automotive supplier and contribute to the further development of our compliance management system.

The estimated salary for this position is €70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the further development of our compliance management system through legal review of legal requirements, particularly in the areas of corruption and antitrust law.
• Creating and updating compliance-related guidelines and processes.
• Supporting the implementation of compliance risk assessments and the development of countermeasures.
• Preparing and conducting internal compliance training courses.
• Advising employees in all specialist departments and business units on compliance-related issues.
• Supporting beneficial owners in accordance with the locally applicable money laundering laws at our company locations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Succesfully completed law studies as a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer (FH).
• Relevant professional experience, for example from working in a commercial law firm or a company, in the area of compliance or criminal law.
• Good specialist knowledge of German and international contract and commercial law as well as knowledge of compliance management.
• Good understanding of economic interrelationships.
• Confident manner and negotiating skills.
• Business fluent in English and German.
