Beauty Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Community Manager to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content strategies that drive user interaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate user chats across all social media platforms to ensure a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
Develop and execute content strategies that showcase our brand's personality and values, while also highlighting our products and services.
Collaborate with our customer care department to resolve service-related requests and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in community management, social marketing, or customer care.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level), both in writing and speaking.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and user habits.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of €39,000-€52,000 gross per year.
