Employee Community Relations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to develop and implement employee community relations activities for our German Transformer business. As an Employee Community Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our organization's culture and employee engagement in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Local Employer Branding Initiatives: Create and execute local employer branding strategies that align with our HR strategy and business objectives.
- Craft Top-Notch Internal Employee Community Engagement Activities: Design and deliver engaging internal communications that inspire connectivity, culture, and employee engagement.
- Build Strong Relations with Universities and Schools: Foster partnerships with universities and schools to enhance Hitachi Energy's positive image and attract top talent.
- Strengthen Tactics to Attract External Candidates: Develop and execute strategies to attract external candidates and keep internal colleagues engaged in their career development.
- Drive Initiatives with a Focus on Effective Internal Communications: Champion employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with internal Human Resources and Communication teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Measure, Analyze, and Fine-Tune Community Engagement Strategies: Analyze and optimize community engagement strategies to maximize engagement and impact.
Your Background
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's or master's degree with experience in HR-Marketing or communications, coupled with a strong interest in employer branding, content creation, and digital.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of business environments, market trends, and best practices in the job market.
- Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Creative Mindset: Proven ability to create, lead, and execute campaigns to meet employee community relations and employer branding needs.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with great written and oral communication skills, paired with great organizational abilities.
- Job Mobility: We offer a hybrid set-up between remote work and presence in one of our locations (Bad Honnef, Brilon, Roigheim, Halle) and require flexibility to travel related to the different activities.
