Job Description

As a Quality Engineer at European Tech Recruit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results in sensor development projects. This includes ownership of project quality work packages, planification and coordination of qualification execution, and translation of customer requirements into qualification plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project qualification plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with reliability test laboratories, fabs, OSATs, and post-processors to ensure seamless qualification execution.
  • Translate customer requirements and product specs into qualification plan proposals that maximize family qualifications while meeting project requirements.
  • Support team members on quality guidelines and product/process development.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience in Quality, semiconductor/automotive.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive quality tools/processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA's, 8-D reporting, VDA6).
  • Proficiency in German and English (B2 level, spoken and written).
